Solved! My Samsung 4k smart TV i just bought from a friend's cousin for a very good deal. It didn't even come with a cord i had one but picture is blue

I had a cord from a box at home and used that. No remote nothing .why is it all blue

It is likely using an input port with no signal coming in if you are seeing a blue screen. Try changing the input port.
