I have tried everything to get it to turn on but it won't even show the charging icon. I have tried using the volume buttons for safe reboots but it still won't work.

Solution webworkings Apr 5, 2017 If you only bought it in January of this year then it is still under warranty. And it shouldn't be giving you such trouble. Contact the manufacturer.
