Question My Samsung Galaxy A6 won't turn on or reboot?

Recently, I was on my Galaxy A6 phone and suddenly my phone just froze and turned off. Since then it has been unresponsive; it won't charge or turn on. I've tried holding the power button and both the volume buttons simultaneously for a while, but still nothing has happened. I have only had this phone for 4 months and it has been working perfectly until now. Do I just need to get a new phone?

If it is that new, and you bought it new, then it should be under warranty, so I would contact the manufacturer about the problem.
