my samsung galaxy grand prime is showing "ddi : mmc_read failed", what shall i do? plz help!! ;_;

whenever i am putting it to charge, the screen vibrates and goes off.. this happens constantly while charging. now if i turn it on ( while charging. coz without the charge plug, it is dead! )
it says ddi : mmc_read failed. what shall i do to repair it in my home???

If it is in warranty contact Samsung or your carrier support. Some people have had success with that error after flashing a new ROM to it. Just do a web search for this error and you will see some things about it. I am guessing if you could not do this yourself in the first place, you may not be able to go through the ROM flash instructions, which means bring it to a repair shop or work with warranty repair if you can.
