my samsung galaxy star is not responding , when i switch on the phone the lobo of samsung comes and it dosent get started

You are in a boot loop try resetting it , also if that doesnt work go to recovery mode wipe the case and factory 😀
Note:- try removing battery or restart several times if that doesnt work go for above mentioned procedure 😀
