My samsung mobile is locked its touch screen not worked

my samsung mobiles screen touch not working so i cann ot receive any call .please suggest me

If your screen is locked then you need to enter in the password to unlock it. If you don't know the password then you will have to take it to the cell phone service provider that you have and have them assist you with unlocking the phone.

Once locked it has to be erased. no back door no quick solution. you have to use an external key reset and erase / reset the phone.
