Well, There is a set up guide that came with it that says "Samsung Smart TV Setup Guide"
And the advertising for it stated it as well:

Ok - those two models are not the same -
The Samsung Link is 24H4000 (not a Smart TV) and the Fingerhut link is 24H4500 (a Smart TV)
