My screen is just showing the name ZTE on

Solution

Probably a boot loop. Have you tried pulling out the battery?
If you did and it's still the same, either an app is causing trouble or your phone's /data partition is corrupt (not common, but happens occasionally, mine was caused by a faulty SD card).

First, try getting to safe mode by holding volume down while booting. Or maybe volume up? I forgot. If the two won't work, try holding the menu key. You should feel it vibrate for about half a second if it successfully got into safe mode. Then remove the faulty app.

If that doesn't work, a factory reset might solve it. If still not working (shows error on /data when doing a factory reset, something about formatting), a reflash is needed...

Best of luck!
