Question My Screen is turning Green and purple

Its Really annoying, its keeps happening every 6 Hours or sometimes 1 Hour...
(Graphics Card is Working)
PC Specs:
I5 2400
8GB DDR3
500GB HARD DRIVE
GTX 760 Twin frozor

brand and model of the psu?
check gpu temp?
test with another monitor?

Looks like possibly loose video cable connections. Are you using any adapters to connect to the display?
