My sd card is unsupported to my LG K8 so can't set it up. And i also cant mount and format. How do i fix it?

I cant use my sd card to my other phone so i wanted to format it but i cant also do that because neither one of my phones supports my sd card.

If the SD card is from another phone then that phone supported it. Yet you list that no phone supports it. That doesn't make sense.
