My Sony Vaio Laptop charger stopped working . Its before a year after purchase. Is it possible to replace or repair?

Contact Sony or whoever sold you the laptop and charger. See if they will do warranty recplacement.
Where (vendor, country) did you buy it?

I purchased laptop in India from Sony Show room. My friend told that Sony does not provide warranty coverage for Charger. Is that so?

I wonder if I can repair it or not. Damn it looks so new but not working.

Again, I'd ask Sony directly about their warranty support. They know it better than I do.
