Solved! My supersonic sc-999bt is stuck on boot screen and it won't turn off

My supersonic sc999bt tablet is stuck on boot screen and I can't power my tablet off. Please help

If it won't turn off then you will have to let it run out of power to get it to turn off, then charge it just a little while. Try turning it on then. If it works fine, great. If it gets stuck again, then you won't have to wait long to get it to run out again.

If this is a brand new device and it keeps doing that, then I would contact the manufacturer.
