My surround sound isnt working and the fuse still works

My surround sound has just stopped working, there is no power when I press the on button, I have replaced the fuse, even though the old fuse was still working, any ideas?
I've just opened it up and had a look at the 3 fuses inside one of them is blown so I replaced it and it's just blown again... why is this happening?

check you power cables & make sure its grounded correctly.. again the fuse get blowing mean get an technician ..
