Solved! My system sounds keep turning itself down at random times! HELP!!!

When I just go on my computer and play a game or go on youtube the first couple seconds are fine and then BOOM its mute.. then 10 seconds later the sound comes back on and less than 2 seconds its gone. It keeps doing this and I restart my computer, change jack locations, but nothing is working. I'm currently using ASTRO a30's and the mixamp works fine. But the main problem is when I go to control panel> Hardware and Sound> Under sound and click adjust system volume> my system volume and my game are currently at the very bottom. Not mute but just at 0. I turn it up, and it goes instantly to 0. This is a problem and I need help. Update: Everyone time i'm talking with a friend on discord, the problem occurs only at that point. If i'm not using discord everything is fine. I use discord very often and this is a troublesome issue that I need help with.

Gosh am I an idiot? It was so simple! The problem was that every time I went on discord the game mutes when people are talking. I fixed this by turning off the input sensitivity and now it works fine.

Are you using a sound card,If so It might be defective.
