my tablet has all of a sudden its gotten super slow!!

I've had it for 2 years and within the last couple of weeks I've noticed its gotten soo slow! It takes like a minute to put up the video I've clicked on! Everyone says its because i have downloaded too many apps! What do you think?

I need more information, This can happen for a lot of reasons. One of them is having too many apps. Get rid of any apps that you don't use. If it is still slow transfer any photos and videos to your pc or external storage. If that doesn't work it could be the launcher, you can try another launcher depending on the os. If all that doesn't work then it is just age and you need to get another one.
