My tablet is stuck. It's not on or off. It's a very slightly lit up black screen. Won't go on or off

Let it run out of power, then try charging it just a short while, less than 30 minutes. Then try turning it back on. If it turns on fine, you are good. If it doesn't, then the fix will depend on what it does.
