My tablet switches off on its own, network adapter not working in windows 10

Hi, my tablet teclaste tbook 16 pro switches off even if it has full charge without any warning. I just bought it a week ago.
And the other problem is my network adapter in windows 10 OS isn't working and won't let me update it either but WiFi works on Android.

If it doing this and it is that new, take it back. It isn't working correctly.

But I bought it when I was in China but now I am back in my country, so returning it is not an option.

Can't update or roll back driver
Update says already the best driver installed

I stick by my contact the manufacturer. It is new, it shouldn't give you trouble.
