My Tablet won't completely load.

I have a 9" Apex Model No.:AP-GS918, and it turns on but it's stuck loading. Is there anyway that I can get it to completely load?

Did you try a hard reset? If yes, you may need to reload the operating system from a ROM file. Many can be found online, along with instructions on how to load it. Do a web search for a base ROM for your model.
