Solved! My Toshiba 49L621U goes dim, then bright, then dim... Can't seem to adjust anything to correct this. Anyone have any issues like this that could help?

My Toshiba 49L621U TV goes dim, then bright, constantly. I can not figure out how to make this stop!! Help!!

is it like a disco light? if you have experience about diassembly and assembly electronics ... try to clean the boards or go to repair shop .. it must be a tiny little shorted circuit on light panel.. if its new then could be software bug
