my toshiba laptop when power on it make small sound and after 14 second automatic shut down and after 3 second automatic restart and make slowly slowly big sound for 11 second and it will shut down. From starting to end screen is alway blank. please help me what is the problem and how to sloved suggest me please.

I have tired taking out baterr and also shift and f8

that problem is a motherboard issue, the only solution of that is to find the shorted I.C. Try to find technician that is good in repairing motherboard because i encounter that problem already, i change hdd, memory, and even i on the board itself without any peripherals. The problem still persist, so you need to do is go to the nearest and good service center.
