My Toshiba Regza LCD TV is blurry on the left side. It used to go away after a little tap on the back, but that does't work an

It looks like the blurry part is the picture moving slowly or the colours 'stick' to the screen. After it goes away, it doesn't come back. Will I have to keep my TV on 24/7?

It goes away after 10-15 minutes. When it goes away, it doesn't come back.
