My Toshiba Satellite C55-C5379 won't boot up

My Toshiba Satellite C55-C5379 will not boot up. It gets to the "leading innovations" screen for a second, goes black, and repeats in a constant loop. I've tried everything from hard restart, taking the battery out, pressing f2/f12 and nothing works. Nothing's in the usb ports or in the disk drive. Please help!
