my tosiba l775 i can't restore!!

I've tried everything 0 and restore or fix computer I just never have the option the restore to factory settings. I have a Toshiba L775d-s7332.. Any suggestions??

What does it say when you try to boot to restore? Also what menu are you at that it doesn't have a restore option?
