my touchpad wont work

im using acer aspire e14..my touch pad wont work even if i do the "fn+f7" and "fn+f9" ..mouse cursor will only work when i use usb mouse..but when i unplug it..the mouse will hide..and touchpad will not work..what should i do?

starting with obvious questions:
Did you upgrade to windows 10? if yes, did you install touchpad drivers? if no, there is the most likely problem.
Driver supplied by MS worked for me everywhere but in anything that MS had done. (all microsoft things)
then again, my issue was not serious, it was only vertical scrolling not working on touchpad.
