My tv is not picking up a signal and the antenna is correctly installed

How far away from the signal source is your antenna and which antenna do you have?

I put the antenna near the by the window and it is a turk intoor/outdoor antenna with an amplifier which should be able to pick up a signal

Is the antenna for digital or analog broadcasts?

How far away are the TV stations? Do you get any stations at all?
