My tv won't connect to my box

Ok, so I just switched to bell Alliant. And I have a tv, but no remote for the tv. I hooked up my new box and it's connected to the tv, but I can't get any of my channels. All I get are fuzzy screens. Please help, bell says it's the tv and not the box.

Assuming you connected the box to one of the video inputs try going below channel 2 on the TV. On some it will access the video inputs. If you don't have any other controls on the TV you could also try to connect the box via RF antenna cable and select either channel 3 or 4. No HD this way and not the best picture quality.

I went to this on-line store two different times with great success. I was able to purchase remotes for old tv's, where I had lost the original remote.

They might have one for your model. Can' hurt to check?
