My TV won't turn on

My Samsung 42 inch plasma screen TV won't turn on. Every time I try to turn it on, it makes a clicking sound every 2-3 seconds and the TV light flashes along with it. I have tried taking out the plug for 10 minutes but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

May be the capacitors. You don't say how old your TV is so the attached may not apply to you
