my uhd televsion from kenmore is making a loud knocking sound

I only had this cheap tv made by Kenmore for a year and some months and went to turn it on and I got a white snowy screen..I checked all cables and everything..then the longer it stayed on, it started making these loud knocking sounds...please help..already reset it back to factory settings

Find a TV repair shop around you. Most probably, some board will need to be replaced.
