my usb is not recognized while booting ,what to do?

i have even enable the usb in the advance menu of bios,but the option to boot from usb is not showing,what to do?my model no is asus x541N

I dont have an Asus on me right now, so i can`t give you a step by step.
But you need to go into the advanced setting of the bios
Enable the Legacy support
Disable Secure boot
