My YouTube won't work on my iPad

My YouTube won't work on my iPad, whenever I tap on a video to watch there is just the spinning loading circle. I've tried logging out of my account, Turing my iPad off completely, and even deleting the YouTube app, I tried to use it on safari but still the spinning loading circle! Any advice?

Have you checked if you also got problems loading videos from other sides like twitch.tv? If you also have problems loading twitch.tv videos then it might be a internet problem. In that case try restarting your routher.
