My zte z max pro won't come on.

My zte z max pro won't come on it was running slow at first and I factory reset it and now the bottom lights are staying on but phone won't come on.

If the lights (for buttons I assume) are on, then the phone is on, but the display isn't. You are going to then have to have it looked at. Either by the manufacturer if it is under warranty or a by a local tech.
