Got TTG and the trial MyDVD seems to work okay, but now I have the channel
changing and pixelation problems too. Anyway, MyDVD will only look in the
C:\My Documents\My Tivo Recordings folder on my C drive for Tivo recordings.
TTG allowed me to save the transferred shows to my larger second data drive,
but then I have to manually add them to burn a DVD in MyDVD. It also won't
allow me to just copy them in explorer to the C:\My Documents\My Tivo
Recordings folder to do a burn. Anyone know of a work around or fix?
Thanks, Pat

change the registry setting to your desired directory:

Start...Run...regedit...HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sonic\MyDVD\Preferences\Tivo
Folder

I have mine pointing to D:\TiVo

Thanks for the reg edit. But, I found I can copy the files to the default
directory, but for some reason it takes forever and a day! Also, I burned a
DVD from the default directory and there is really no benefit, when compared
to just importing them from my E drive. No additional Tivo like stuff is
added. Thanks, Pat
