Narrowed down to 2... which one?

I'm torn between which laptop to get. I'll be using the laptop for everything but the majority of the time browsing the internet and watching videos whether streaming or in a video player. If I game on it, it won't be anything intensive maybe LoL or TF2 at the most.

The HP has a better screen and a discrete graphics card. I would go with that one.

That's what I'm leaning towards but I'm reading the HD 4250 isn't much better than the Intel HD 3000 graphics. And of course the Phenom II is inferior to the i3.

I mean, I'll mostly be watching video so I guess I can't go wrong with the HP... Still not sure though.
