Natec Genesis HX66 too loud

I just got mine 30 mins ago and they are loud as s**t.
Installed the drivers and still to loud. They are loud even on 1%.
Can someone help me, I have Win 8.1 Pro 64bit, a HP Pavilion G6 2240sq.

BTW they are on usb.
Tried 7.1 off, tried changing ch2 to ch4,ch6 and so on and didn't do anything.



Hope u can help me fix it or I'm getting a full refund.

Edit: The mic is exactly the oposite story( it's too quiet)

Solved the sound problem by setting output device front to -20dB, but still didn't fix the mic.
