Need a budget 5.1 sound system under 10k inr

I have two pc. One which is old has a creative 4.1 sound system with a sound card producing great sound. But now I just bought a new TV which I usually connect with my new gaming rig. Visually everything is great but TV sound is not upto the mark. So I want a cheap budget 5.1 speaker which I will connect with my pc motherboard.

My two preference are

Creative inspire t6300-http/asia.creative.com/p/speakers/inspire-t6300
Creative speaker was great previously but now I am little bit sceptical about the quality

Philips spa 5250b-http/www.philips.co.in/c-p/SPA5250B_94/multimedia-speaker-5.1
I never used any Philips product

Specs wise Philips I think better. But I know for sound specs are not everything. Please tell me which one is better. I'll use it for movies and games

Atleast I am not aware of any audio specialist store in India. We usually buy product from amazon.in or flipkart.com . Or buy offline

As I already mentioned I need a 5.1 system not a 2 speaker system

5.1 speaker systems don't sound as good in this price range.
a 2.1 setup will sound far better, trust me on this one.
