I'm a early beginner in photography and I'm looking for a relatively fair priced camera (anything below £650 ideally) for night photography, landscape photography and general photography like around museums and just photographing city landmarks. I want to get high quality photographs that I can edit in photoshop too, I'd appreciate if anyone could help as I don't have much of an idea and really don't want to choose something that won't suit me.

"clueless" is not a sin. We all start somewhere.

Buy that camera. Or the equivalent Canon/Fuji/Pentax/Sony.
Play with it for a while. Take LOTS of pics.
Skill and patience counts as much as equipment.

Play with it for a while. Then, you'll be far more clued in as to what might work for your specific needs.

I have a Fuji X-T1 mirrorless.
These were taken with that camera, and a $160 (used) 50-230mm telephoto lens.

Have you looked at what DSLR with 18-55 lens you can get for your budget? I don't know UK prices, but even at 1:1 ratio, $650 would get you started.
Add a good tripod, couple of high-speed SD cards. And a book on photography. You might want to consider also a "tele" lens, like 75-300, later on.

There's no "magic" setting to get good night picture. A lot of practice with manual settings is all that's needed. "High quality" does not mean nothing - all modern cameras (even your phone) shoot in 10+ megapixels - plenty of material to edit.

I was looking at a canon t6/t6i, they look relatively good for what I need, as for the rest I haven't considered yet until I find a good camera, it's really hard to find the perfect thing

There is no "perfect". You're buying into an ecosystem. Camera body + lenses.
Pretty much all cameras in your price range will do great pics. Either DSLR or mirrorless.
The lenses are the main part. Features and ergonomics are another consideration.

Thankyou for all of this, I have looked around a lot and it seems that: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nikon-D5600-AF-P-18-55-VR/dp/B01MQGO8V6 is most suitable, do you recommend any lenses for astrophotography, landscape photography and general close up photography? I'm sorry im so clueless.
