I would like to find a computer that would work for video editing. I would be using Sony Vegas Visual Effects Suite the minimum system requirements are...

- 64-bit Windows Vista or Windows 7 (my preference is 7)
- 2 GHz processor. Multicore or multiprocessor recommended for HD. (I have no idea how to select the right processor so any help would be appreciated)
- 500 MB hard-disk space for instillation
- 2 GB ram. 4GB RAM recommended
- USB 2.0
- 512 MB GPU memory (I have no idea what this means)
- DVD-ROM drive (I am pretty sure that comes standard on all computers)

I put what I thought to be relevant, for all the requirements (http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/moviestudioves).

I don't even know if I will get a response, but any help will be appreciated. In the meantime I will continue to research and investigate to find the best computer for my needs.

Update: I would not like an all in one computer. Either a traditional laptop or desktop. Also no touch screen; they are just not what I am looking for at all.

If the computer had gaming capabilities that would make it even better because my brother wants to also use it to run GTA 4 and mods and whatnot.
