Need a digital Camcorder

While not technically a camera camcorders are close enough so I stuck it in this section.

Anyways I'm in the market for a good mid-range camcorder. I want a flash memory based one to make editing it on my computer easier. I don't plan on changing too many of the settings. Basically I need a simple to use flash based camcorder for no more than $600~.
