Need a gaming headset. Are these good?

They are in my price range, are they decent? The Kave is meant to have true 5.1 surround. Also will they do in my 2 year old £250 theater sound system?

I have this headset for over a year now. Sound quality is very good. Positioning in games is amazing, much better than emulated 5.1 or 7.1 on two speakers on previous headsets I used to own (SS 7H, Razer Megalodon ). This is my second true 5.1 headset (after Razer Barracuda) and I'm very happy with it. Build quality is better than in all headsets mentioned before. Ear-cups are deep and very comfortable; they suppress a lot of external sound.
Only downside is that Kave is not that comfortable sitting on your head. Instead of using simple headband like other manufacturers do, they used three cushions that are too stiff. At first my head ached, but I got used to that after two or three months.

Take into consideration that the only way to connect this headset is to use four 3,5mm jacks and one USB to power it.

That doesn't bother me, could I mod the headband? Like put a cushion on my head :lol:?

I guess you could do it
Each side has 10 step regulation. When stretched to maximum this headset can fit a giants head.
