Need a laptop that will live stream

Hi,
I am looking for a laptop preferably that can live stream My Xbox gameplay to YouTube using an el gato. I currently have a super old MacBook Air which is capable of recording gameplay but it cannot stream! Please give me suggestions ASAP on what laptop could get the job done!

What's your budget? Depending on exactly what kind of streaming, the quality of video/audio, etc, different specs in the laptop might suit you well. Can you reply with your budget and a few more specifics (e.g. how long you need the battery to last, processor type, etc.) Thanks.
