If you do game, then dump the resolution down to 1080P if not less.

That laptop will be fine with games, just don't expect to play on high settings. The more demanding games will run on low, things like WOW will run on medium to high. For the form factor and design, price is not bad for the specs. You can probably find a faster system but in a bulkier form.
