okay i was looking at what you recommended but where i live it was $800, now that i think about it i would only want to play minecraft but have very good fps live streaming/recording on the best settings i am in a family rut right now too so try to keep the prices as low as you can

yea, that can't be done for that price. You either have to set your expectations lower or increase your budget substantially. Think $1200 might even be a stretch

This is great for an under $1000 build! This can probably also play games on low-settings.

Also, that build isn't just for minecraft. I purposely made it overkill so you can play other games like bf3/bf4 as well.
