Need a pc that can run Minecraft at 240fps STABLE, what PC specs should I look into?

I recently got a 240hz monitor and I'm a pro Minecraft pvp-er. I need a pc that can run a stable 240fps in the game, specially in big laggy servers where the fps usually go down. What specs should I look into?

Start with Minecraft.

There should be some "hardware requirements" list regarding the minimal, recommended, and "best" components and configuration settings necessary to play Minecraft as you wish.

And include all components involved - just takes one unders-spec'd or slow component to bottleneck performance.
