Need an adapter for fire tv

I have a Vizio TV with a USB port.only along with fire tv with hmdi. My TV is 1080

I need an adapter for female hmdi to male usb. I went to Best Buy and they try to sell me sonething for $60. I am not willing to buy something that expensive. Can someone please recommend an adapter.

Good think you didn't buy it since it wouldn't work.
The Firestick can't connect to a USB port with any adapter. It connects to an HDMI input.
If you have don't have a free HDMI input then you need to get an HDMI input selector..
