Need an Audio Converter Recommendation

Hey guys I need to convert an AMR file(voicemail message) to a usable "listenable" format. I thought SUPER looked like a good option because it supports so many formats but after reading reviews on CNET (http/download.cnet.com/Super-Video-Converter/3000-2194_4-10277613.html#rateit) Im gonna pass.

Looking for a good option. Any help is appreciated.
