Sup guys,

Alright so... my parents are getting a divorce :( and I want epic gaming laptop that I could take between houses (Virginia to Nevada plane rides) I already found this one: http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np9390-clevo-p375sm-eta-mi...

I would counfigure it with:

A 256 gig ssd/750 gb 7200 rpm hdd Combo
Nvidia gtx 780 sli
Intel i7 Haswell 4800MQ (2.7-3.7GHz)
8 or 16 gb of ram
Windows 7 Home Premium

$2800

I want really high specs so it can be future proof for years to come. It will be used mainly for gaming (COD, Minecraft, Crysis, etc) and a few school assignments. What I'm asking you guys is if you can find me something like that for cheaper than I found it or better for the same price. I know it's expensive but it is still cheaper than buying two gaming desktops.

There really isn't such a thing as future proofing - especially on laptops. Laptop CPUs and GPUs really can't be upgraded for the most part, so you have to keep that in mind when making the purchase. What you're looking at is essentially a rebranded Clevo / Sager laptop. If I were paying that kind of money for a laptop I'd go with a Falcon Northwest TLX.
