Need help buying a new camcorder

Hello I need help buying new camcorder

right now I am using a Sony HDR-FX1E, Carl Zeiss lens 1,6/4,5-54 and TCX-15 conversion lens

Then I can get 18x Zoom.

Actually, I am using it for my Church's worship recording only for pastor's sermon distance from around 30 miters.

I am looking for new camcorder for around half year but I am still consider it. I was found sony PXW-FS5 or Fs7 but I cannot find lens for covering 30 miters.

can anyone suggest best camcorder? for recording 30 miters? it does not have to be sony.

may be I can spend around more than 10000$

If possible can anyone suggest with middle, high price?

A digital SLR camera that shoots video would give you the most lens choices.
