Need help connecting Emerson tv to Samsung sound bar

Emerson tv model # lf501em6f
Samsung soundbar # hwk450
Cable that the soundboard came with doesn't seem to work. Also tried HDMI. No luck. Which cable or adaptor would I need to make this work?

Digital Audio Output (Coaxial): 1 set
Headphone output
Soundbar in ports:
Optical
Aux in

So, an option would be connecting Headphone output on tv to Aux in on soundbar via https/www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-3-5mm-Stereo-Audio-Cable/dp/B00NO73MUQ
For digital connection (second option), you'd need a coaxial to optical adapter like https/www.amazon.com/C2G-40018-Coaxial-Optical-Converter/dp/B0002J2MV4

You're welcome. No, I'd use the analog option. Cheaper and same quality when using a soundbar.
