Need Help Figuring Out Specs for a Laptop

Hi, in my town there is a shop which can make custom computers for you, just give them the spec and they'll do it. I need help figuring out which video card, processors, etc. I need.
My wants:
>Has to be a laptop

>Should be able to play older and some newer games easily, mostly strategy game than FPS.

>Should be able to run graphics software like Blender easily.

>Price should be low as possible, around $500-$700

>Should be fast in web browsing and multitasking.

I want it for causal use but some times when I want to play a game I want it to be able to handle it well. It's doesn't have to be Alienware super, I just want it to run things fast.

I have no idea which video card, processor, I need to use. Any help would be appreciated. If you could state with your suggestion which one is good, please tell me why it's good.
