Need help getting my download pictures in my gallery back accidently deleted from my htc android

Had photos downloaded in my gallery they were accidently deleted from my gallery don't have a photo app. I have a HTC Android phone how do I get my pictures back

Just copy them back from where you downloaded them in the first place. Once you delete them from the phone you need to use a file recovery program to get them back, there is no recycle bin on a phone. Almost all recovery programs I know of need the phone to be rooted to run. A lot simpler to just copy them back from where you downloaded them originally.
